We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.

What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
✘ Tarnishing or natural wear over time
✘ General wear and tear, including chain breakage due to use
✘ Loss, accidental damage, or neglect
✘ Bent, engraved, altered, or modified jewellery
✘ Discolouration caused by scratches, exposure to foreign substances, or individual skin chemistry
Please note:
- Contact with hand sanitiser, cleaning agents, soap, cosmetic products, and acidic skin types can accelerate discolouration or tarnishing. These are not covered under warranty.
- The warranty is voided if the jewellery has been modified, damaged by accident or misuse, or improperly cared for.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you experience an issue covered under warranty, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@vesmir.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the defect
- Our team will assess your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
If an issue is deemed a manufacturing fault by our after-sales care team, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Our warranty is only valid when the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, and it is at our discretion whether the faulty product will be replaced.
Additional Notes
- The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for assessment.
- If the damage is not covered under warranty, we may still be able to assist with a repair at a reasonable cost.
