We ship Australia‑wide (including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers). We don’t currently ship internationally.

*Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and don’t include our dispatch time. Orders are typically packed and dispatched the same day if placed before our cut-off (excluding weekends & public holidays).

 


 

Processing & dispatch

  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched the same day if placed before our cut‑off, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During new launches or sale periods, allow an additional 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel leaves our studio.


 

Tracking your order

All parcels include tracked shipping. You’ll receive tracking details via email once dispatched.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, it’s typically still in transit—scans can be delayed while Australia Post moves parcels between facilities.


 

Delivery without signature

We don’t require a signature on delivery. Australia Post may use Safe Drop if the address is unattended.

Parcels marked as Delivered by Australia Post (with GPS or photo confirmation) are considered fulfilled. Vesmir isn’t responsible for loss, theft, or damage once delivery is confirmed, but we’re happy to assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.

For extra peace of mind, we recommend using a secure delivery address such as a workplace, PO Box, or Parcel Locker.


Address changes & re‑delivery

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t edit addresses once an order has been lodged with Australia Post.

  • Parcels Returned to Sender due to an incorrect/insufficient address or not being collected from the LPO can be refunded for the item(s) only. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable. We’re happy to re‑ship; a new shipping fee will apply.


 

Pre‑orders & split shipments

If your order includes a pre‑order item, the whole order dispatches when the pre‑order is ready. If you’d like available items sooner, please place separate orders.


 

Late, missing, or damaged items

  • If your parcel seems stalled (no scans for 5+ business days) or shows as Delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

    1. check with other household members/neighbours,

    2. check safe‑drop areas/letterbox, and

    3. contact Australia Post to lodge an enquiry

  • Then email us with your order number & case reference and we’ll assist further.

  • For items damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.


 

Gift orders

We don’t include pricing on packing slips. If you’re sending a gift, you can add a gift message at checkout.


 

Public holidays & peak periods

Our studio and the Australia Post network observe national public holidays. Please allow extra time during peak periods (sale events, Black Friday, December).
