Our products
What materials do you use in your jewellery?
Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, with some pieces featuring a rhodium of 18k gold plated finish for added durability and shine. We also use moissanite, cubic zirconia (CZ), and freshwater pearls in select designs. Each product page includes full material details.
Will your jewellery tarnish?
All Vesmir pieces are crafted from solid sterling silver - a precious metal designed for daily wear. Many styles are also rhodium-plated or gold-plated, adding a premium protective layer that enhances shine and durability.
Our materials are chosen for longevity: they don’t rust or “turn green,” and most customers find they stay bright with minimal care. Like all fine silver, a soft patina can appear over time, but it polishes away easily with a gentle cloth, bringing back its mirror finish in seconds.
With normal wear and a quick wipe-down now and then, your Vesmir jewellery will continue to look like the day you received it.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is made to be lived in. It’s water-resistant and durable enough for everyday life. Washing your hands, getting caught in the rain, or a quick shower won’t harm it or cause it to tarnish.
For the very best longevity, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, exercising or using products like perfume or sunscreen, as harsh chemicals can gradually dull the surface over time.
If your jewellery does get wet, simply dry it off with a soft cloth — no special care needed. You can wear your Vesmir pieces with complete confidence knowing they’re built to handle real life, not just special occasions.
Why are only some pieces available in gold and silver?
Vesmir is an independent brand, and we’re gradually expanding our collection to include more gold styles. Each release is carefully considered. Some designs are introduced in gold first, others in silver, depending on how the metal suits the piece and how we’re growing our range.
Our goal is to eventually offer more of your favourite designs in both finishes. If there’s a piece you’d love to see in gold, we’d genuinely love to hear - drop us a line at hello@vesmir.com.au
What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its exceptional brilliance and durability—it’s often compared to diamonds but at a more accessible price. It’s also an ethical and sustainable choice for those who love sparkle without compromise.
Are your pearls real?
Yes, we use genuine freshwater pearls. Each pearl has its own unique shape and lustre, making every piece one of a kind.
What if an item is sold out?
Most items will be restocked unless they are discontinued or part of a limited release.
If an item you love is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification by clicking the ‘Notify Me’ button on the product page.
Orders & shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders the same day when placed before our cut-off (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Express Shipping
- QLD / NSW / VIC (metro): 1 business day
- SA (metro): 1–2 business days
- WA / NT / TAS / regional: 2–4 business days
Standard Shipping
- 2–7 business days depending on location

Can I change my order?
We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vesmir.com.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate order amendments before your parcel is processed, but once an order has been packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
We do offer returns for refund, or store credit—you can find full details in our Returns Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, any additional costs to correct the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within Australia. If you're outside Australia and interested in Vesmir products, drop us a line at hello@vesmir.com.au—we’d love to hear from you!
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
Orders over $120 automatically qualify for FREE express or next-day shipping (depending on your location).
Can my order be left at the door?
Yes — all Vesmir orders are shipped with Authority to Leave, meaning your parcel may be left in a safe place if you’re not home.
Once Australia Post marks your parcel as Delivered (including GPS or photo confirmation), it’s considered successfully delivered. Vesmir isn’t responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery, but we’ll always help you lodge an Australia Post investigation if something goes wrong.
For extra peace of mind, we recommend using a secure delivery address like a workplace, PO Box, or Parcel Locker.
Do you ever have sales or discounts?
We rarely run sales—our jewellery is thoughtfully priced to reflect its quality and craftsmanship year-round. While we may offer a special promotion on rare occasions (such as Black Friday), we don’t regularly discount our pieces.
If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while it's available rather than waiting for a sale!

Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn jewellery in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are a flat rate of $10.95. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can either:
Log into your Vesmir account and request a return through your order history
OR
Email us at returns@vesmir.com.au with order number, name, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Can I exchange an item?
If you'd like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We stand by the quality of our jewellery. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email support@vesmir.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Aftercare
How do I look after my sterling silver jewellery?
Sterling silver is a precious metal and may naturally develop a patina over time—this varies from person to person. To restore its shine, gently polish with a soft silver cleaning cloth or use a silver cleaning solution for a deeper clean.
For best care, we recommend:
- Wearing your jewellery regularly—silver loves to be worn!
- Limiting exposure to water, especially saltwater and chlorinated pools, as these can speed up tarnishing
- Removing jewellery before applying lotions, perfumes, or sunscreen, as these can react with silver
- Storing your jewellery in a dry place when not in use to prevent oxidation
- With the right care, your Vesmir jewellery will stay looking brilliant for years.
How do I take care of my pearls?
Freshwater pearls are delicate and require proper care to maintain their natural lustre. To keep your pearls looking their best, it's important to keep them dry and wipe them with a soft, dry jewellery cloth after each wear.
We recommend avoiding:
- Chlorinated water, dishwashing liquid, and hand soap
- Moisturisers, sunscreen, perfume, and perspiration, as these can dull their shine over time
- With gentle care, your pearls will stay luminous for years to come.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes! All Vesmir jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact our support team at support@vesmir.com.au with your proof of purchase, and we’ll assess it.
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
- Tarnishing
- Scratches or marks from wear
- Damage caused by improper storage or care
- Breaks due to wear and tear
Our jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed, and with the right care, it will last for years. We recommend following our care instructions to keep it looking its best.
Gifting
What if I need help choosing a gift?
We’re happy to help! Drop us a message at hello@vesmir.com.au with some details about the recipient, and we’ll suggest the perfect piece.
If you’re still unsure, you can’t go wrong with a Vesmir gift card, so they can choose something they love.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our jewellery comes in elevated, recyclable packaging that’s perfect for gifting. We don’t offer additional wrapping, but trust us—it looks great as is.
