Returns policy

 

 

We want you to love your Vesmir jewellery. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. 

When returning an item, you can opt to receive:

  • 110% Store Credit – receive a store credit worth 110% of the purchase price to use on a future order
  • Refund – a standard refund to the original payment method

Store credit does not expire and will be issued as a digital gift card.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are a flat rate of $10.95. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

 

Exclusions

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final
  • Sale items: Items purchased at a discount or as part of a promotional sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit

 

How to Return an Item

To start a return, you can either:

Log into your Vesmir account and request a return through your order history

OR

Email us at returns@vesmir.com.au with order number, name, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your order for a refund or store credit and place a new order for your preferred item.

 

Processing Times

  • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your item.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

We stand by the quality of our jewellery. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email support@vesmir.com.au  within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
